Brazos was founded in 1996 by John Thach and Walt Johnston. Prior to that Walt and John were estimators and project managers for other construction firms. Walt is now retired and John continues to operate the business as President. At a macro level, Brazos completes projects that encompass waterproofing problems, building leaks, joint sealants, and masonry and concrete restoration.
